The puppy’s health, comfort, and welfare are always our priority, and all transportation arrangements must comply with applicable veterinary, airline, and government requirements.

We work with families to choose the transportation option that best fits their location and circumstances. Before any puppy leaves our care, we make sure the necessary health documentation and travel arrangements are in place.

Transportation Options

Local Pickup

Families may collect their puppy from [pickup location] by scheduled appointment. Valid identification and final paperwork are required at pickup. We will provide the necessary information and instructions ahead of time so the pickup process is safe and straightforward.

Flight Nanny

Where available, a professional flight nanny may accompany the puppy in the aircraft cabin and meet the new family at an approved airport. This option allows the puppy to remain under direct supervision throughout the journey and can be arranged based on flight availability and destination.

Ground Transportation

Licensed or appropriately insured pet transport may be available in selected locations. Delivery times and fees depend on distance, route, scheduling, and availability. Families will receive transportation details before departure so they know what to expect.

Transportation fees are separate from the adoption fee unless stated otherwise. Final transportation costs, including any applicable additional fees, must be confirmed in writing before payment.

Our Safety Policy

We take the safety and well-being of every puppy seriously throughout the transportation process.

• Puppies never travel before reaching the legally permitted and veterinarian-approved age.

• Health documents are supplied when required.

• We do not ship puppies as unidentified cargo without an appropriate welfare plan.

• The buyer receives the carrier’s name, itinerary, and contact details before departure.

• Weather, airline restrictions, health concerns, or other safety issues may require transportation to be postponed.

• Transportation arrangements are discussed and confirmed with the family before the puppy’s departure.

Fraud Protection

We never request payment through gift cards or cryptocurrency. Families may schedule a live video call to see the puppy and review identification before paying. We encourage families to ask questions and confirm all payment and transportation details in writing before completing a transaction.
